SHIPPING AND RETURNS


All orders will be shipped from Australia.

  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

  • Shipping rates are based on the weight of the order. The shipping rate will automatically be generated at checkout.

Delivery: Australian Orders

Orders will be sent with trackable delivery via Australia Post to any address within Australia. Please allow a period of 2 - 8 business days for delivery, or 1-3 business days if upgrading to express.

If you wish your order to be delivered a little quicker, please upgrade to EXPRESS shipping at checkout, for a small additional extra charge.


Delivery: International Orders

Please be sure to allow around 2 weeks for delivery to international addresses, and longer at peak postage times.

Please note that Darling Clover Co. is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries – these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Payment

You can make your payments securely via Paypal with Visa, Mastercard or directly from your Paypal balance.

Payment will be cleared automatically once an order has been placed at the checkout.

Shopping outside of Australia? No problem. Paypal automatically converts pricing to your home currency once you’ve passed through to checkout.

Delayed Delivery

We keep a close eye on the delivery progress of every single order. If there are any delays for whatever reason, we’ll be sure to reach out and personally give you the heads up.

We will swiftly follow up with the postal service to find out where your order is located.

Please note: if an item has been lost in transit, replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion.

Returns

At Darling Clover Co. we are unable to accept returns unless your goods have been damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us straight away, providing us with your order number, along with a photo and description of the damage. Please do not return any items before first making contact to discuss.
